Calls can be screened, notifications can be sent in the subscribers preferred method (SMS transcription, MMS message, IM, standard MWI, etc.) Additionally, your subscribers can manage their preferences via an intuitive, easy to use Web user interface as well as the traditional TUI.

Social Network Integration
TotalPlay™ Social Voicemail integrates basic voicemail functionality with social networks like Facebook, allowing your mobile subscribers to see their callers' Facebook status and profile picture right on the message.
Share Messages
Seamless integration of 3rd-party voicemail-to-text transcription, along with the voicemail audio, is delivered straight to the application on the handset. The application's Facebook integration provides the caller's current status and profile picture with the transcription. Your subscribers can easily post and share messages real time on Facebook, or other social network, or as email.
Find Me
Gives your subscribers the ability to have calls from special group contacts routed to an additional phone number to improve the chances of speaking with the TotalPlay subscriber, prior to being dropped into voicemail.
Messaging
The Voice Messaging application provides the subscriber with a place to receive their messages and retrieve them when and how they choose. These options range from "push" capabilities as well as the ability to support a converged environment where the subscriber maintains one mailbox but different personas based on either calling or called numbers.
Voicemail Transcription
uReach supports best-in-class Voicemail-to-text conversions. Text transcriptions can be delivered as SMS, MMS, email and even as instant messages.
Live Call Screening
With uReach's PC Communications Manager, your subscribers can screen their calls as they are received. Your subscribers will have the option of receiving the call, forwarding the call to a pre-defined number, forwarded to a new number, or even sending the call to voicemail. If the call is sent to voicemail, your subscribers have the ability to listen in on the message being deposited and even the choice to retrieve the call from voicemail.
Fax Receipt
One of the advanced features within the uReach Voice Messaging mailbox is the ability to receive faxes and then be notified via your preferred method. Your subscribers are no longer tied to a physical location when expecting an important or confidential fax. The uReach Voice Messaging mailbox detects an inbound fax and accepts as if it were a standard fax machine. The notifications function the same way for the subscriber, so if their preferred delivery method was email, the fax would be rendered in the desired format and emailed. From their inbox, the subscriber could view, print (without the need for a fax machine), or forward the fax, just as they would any other email.
Speech Enabled Option
With many municipalities passing laws requiring the use of hands-free mobile devices while driving, uReach offers the ability to use voice commands to navigate through the traditional voicemail box menus.

Using uReach's notification and filtering capabilities, your subscriber have total control on how and where their messages and message notifications are received.
