Find Me/Follow Me
The FindMe/FollowMe application provides subscribers with call routing control, and a single number which can be configured to ring multiple handsets (either sequentially or simultaneously) based on time of day, day of week, calling number, etc. The FindMe/FollowMe application, along with options such as voice mail and Talking Caller ID provide an added convenience when your subscribers are not ready to take a call.
Schedules
Now your subscribers can decide when and how they are reached. uReach's scheduling function allows the subscriber to have his/her calls routed based on their preferences and easily switch between profiles as well as setting your account to Do Not Disturb mode which bypasses all schedules and send your subscriber's calls directly to voicemail or wherever else they would like their calls delivered.
Call Screening
The Call Screening function lets your subscribers decide whether to accept an incoming call. If the incoming call is accepted, the two parties are connected. If the call cannot be taken, the subscriber has the ability to; send directly to voicemail, transfer to another phone number, or respond with a Text to Speech message.
Desktop Communications Manager
uReach's Desktop Communications Manager lets your subscribers manage their calls in real-time right from their desktop. Additionally, subscribers can monitor and screen calls to their personal lines from anywhere they have an internet connection. Your subscribers can also transfer incoming calls, respond with Text to Speech, as well as listening in on the voicemail being deposited. Your subscribers also have 1 click access to their messages.
TV Communications Manager
uReach's TV Communications Manager provides basic call management capability right from your TV. Now, when your subscribers are watching TV and a call comes in, they will be presented with a series of options to manage the call. Your subscribers can transfer incoming calls, respond with canned Text to Speech messages, as well as listening in on the voicemail being deposited. Your subscribers also have 1 click access to their messages.
Meet Me Conferencing
MeetMe conferencing is a feature which allows your subscribers to set up a conference call at a scheduled date and time. When your subscribers set up a MeetMe conference call, they specify a list of participants to which will receive a notification and a reminder message sent. These messages contain the date and time of the call, the phone number and access code needed to join the conference, and the subject and any notes about the conference.
Personalized Ring Tones
Now your subscribers can create unique greetings for caller groups (family, friends, coworkers, etc.) as well as control the call routing based on the assigned group. Additionally, your subscribers can personalize notifications of inbound calls by leveraging the address book to assign distinct ringtones and avatars to specific callers.
Talking Caller ID
uReach's Talking Caller ID application, based on your subscriber's preferences "reads" the caller's name from their address book or it "speaks" the calling number for unknown callers. The subscriber also has the option of prompting all callers to speak their name, after which the platform will play that audio clip to your subscriber to identify the calling party.
Web-based Scheduling and Administration
By means of a simple, web-based GUI your subscribers can easily manage their accessibility profiles to control how and where they are reached. Using simple tools, your subscribers can make instant changes through the Web or the TUI, to their accessibility schedules, phone numbers, greetings, etc. to easily manage your accessibility.
Detailed Call Activity Reports
Now your subscribers can view a comprehensive list of their inbound and outbound calls without having to wait for the end of their billing cycle. The user has instant access to the following information about their calls; date, time, calling information (inbound, outbound, bridged call, etc.), calling number, call length, selected plan, cost of the call, and surcharges.
